[Resolved] Vodafone — Bill amount increased | |||
In my previous plan Rs.249 I have 600 min local call + 3000 local SMS free. I will directly visited the Vodafone center regarding monthly plan changed as discussed with your team member I have changed the plan from Rs.249 to Rs.299.Your Vodafone team person explain this plan. In this plan additionally we added 1 GB 3G data and unlimited 2G Data but 200 Local messages only free. In my previous plan I am already having 3000 local messages free. So I just activate the Rs.299 plan and I am additional activated the message booster Rs.50 (1000 SMS). They are not telling with me monthly plan is separate and data plan is separate. If your team member will guide me properly why I have to activate the additional message booster Rs.50? They are telling like this only "Your rental plan is 299/- including call charges + Data plan." In this month i have received the bill from Vodafone they are separetely mentioned the amount and activate so many things without my knowledge.As discussed with vodafone care unit, you have been charged correctly for the same in the invoice dated.
