Vodafone — Billing more than credit limit and because of wrong info provided by customer care i used internet

Actually i requested to activate 3g internet plan for using internet but already a plan was activated and i need new plan for further using so after that i confirmed with customer care to ask a plan is activated or not then he said yes today a plan is activated after sometime i saw my bill added 750 rs which was not my fault and also a capping added so they did not gave me full description and said all will settle at the time of billinf generated but now they are nto accepting and saying to pay bill of 2100 plz help me
