Vodafone — cannot get sms and send sms

Namaste, sir i can not send any sms and can not received any sms on my [protected] number. I make many calls to vodafone custemer care but can not get any fruit so plz help me. I have to do lot of work whith this sim, i can not get otp from bank and i cannot make any payment that is the biggest problam so plz resolve thisoterwise i will leave your company
