i got simply scrap and pathetic answer on my below query. Despite of being told to VF not to have any data plan activated since more than 6 months, it was still there and charged. Simply absurd and pathetic of vodafone. =========== Hi, I have been using this # since long and in this month I am seeing below charges, wherein I has already requested multiple times to “DEACTIVATE” all web/GPRS related services on this number. But still seeing below charges. Request you to kindly reverse these charges as appropriate. I DO NOT EXPECT any proactive enablement of any services until I give a confirmation for that. Verified Support Mar 18, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello Someshwar, Please note, Vodafone live service is a zero rental service, which is active on every Vodafone number also we confirm that same will be charged only when you use it. Further, we have deactivated the Vodafone live service w.e.f. 11/03/2014 as per your request. Basis the same an amount of Rs.70.36 has been correctly levied in the bill towards the GPRS at 2ps/10kb and downloads as per the content in bill dated 05-MAR-14. also, i am seeing heavy GPRS charges despite of having corporate plans of 1GB data against my # [protected]. if I see the bill, it doesn't accounted even for 1GB, but seeing charges levied on the date/next day of change of my plan. how can this be possible. this charge of 156 Rs is against only 90MB data despite of free limit.
moreover, none of your associate/CSR is courteous enough to call for clarifidation. this really sucks... can you look into this new discrepany along with old ones?
