Vodafone — Charging extra amount in bill | |||
Hello sir / mam I am using Vodafone internet services from last 11 months. From last six months this service provider is charging me unnecessary extra amount with out using any facilities apart from activated plan . I am raising complain from last six months and each time they were accepting my complain and were making deduction of my excess amount in my bill. I am continuously complaining from last six months. And again in this bill period of sep-oct 2016 they had charged me 350 rs more in my bill . I had launched complain on Vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.in before 4 days but still I dint get any response. I had mailed them to stop my internet services as I don't want to continue with such fraud company and also I had intimated them to rectify my current bill as soon as possible then only payment will be done of current bill. I request you to please take necessary actions against this loot and fraud company as none of the representatives in respected areas of Vodafone gives proper reply and satisfy the customer needs.
