Vodafone — Cheating on mobile data connection | |||
SIR/MAAM ON 1ST Dec evening i recharged my phone with rs.255/- for which i got 1GB data connection pack. next day on 2nd Dec i got a msg at 12:27p.m. that "you have reached 50% of the internet pack on your number[protected].you still have 510.04 MB. again at 12:51vodafone sent me a message tht "you reached 90% of the internet pack on[protected]. you have 102.01MBleft. by 12.59p.m. a msg came " you have exhausted the internet pack on you mobile number[protected]. like this with in 1hour all my internet pack has been deducted without much using... when i called to customer care they refused to answer about my deductions... i am quite busy...i cant visit vodafone stores for asking about my internet deductions... vodafone many times cheat their customers like this...
