[Resolved] Vodafone — company is not refunding 249 rs which i paid for 3g service. | |||
i have taken 3g service pack of vodafone [protected] on 26 march while travelling some wrong code got pressed and my 1 day 2g service got activated worth rs 5 when i raised issue with company on 111 they are saying your 3g service is lapsed because ur 2g service got activated i asked them to raise a complain and resolve they issue but they have not cooperated and again and again said we are sorry we cannot raise the complain. i have asked then for refund as they are not giving me service but they are not ready to give 1 gb 3g data or refund 249 rs in my account why they are allowed to eat customer money like this i have paid for both 2g and 3g service so why i am not getting 3g service. please help me to get 3g data of 1gb or rs 249 refund in my account. Verified Support Apr 16, 2014 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Hello, We've checked & see that as you had activated the 2G data pack of [protected]@5 your 3G data pack [protected]@249 has been deactivated on the same date. Further, you would not be able to activate both 2G and 3G services simultaneously on your Vodafone number.
