Vodafone — Complaint about charging for unknown number | |||
Hi Team, I took 4 post-paid sim cards from Vodafone executive under corporate plan (2 calling and 2 data cards) for official purpose. The 2 calling sim cards and 1 data card got activated within couple of days. However, verification of 1 of the number was negative and hence it could not be activated. I was told this by Vodafone executive that the number [protected] is null and void and can never be activated. Hence, this number can be ignored. Suddenly, after 1 month, I got the message from Vodafone that the bill for this number has been generated and you need to pay the bill immediately otherwise we'll deactivate your personal #, that I am using from long time. I spoke to to so may people namely Manoj, Jitender (supervisor) in Vodafone customer care but everybody says that you need to pay for this number and nobody has answer as why I should pay the amount for. In fact, one of the floor supervisor Jitender even suggests me to lodge an FIR against Vodafone. Currently, my personal # [protected] has been deactivated and I am being harassed to pay for the number that I have never used. Could you please help me in resolving this issue?
