Asked for bill to be delevered at my address when i didnt recieved my called their customer services they told thats been delevered at your address and recieved by my wife and gave me her name and number i am unmarried and didnot know anyone of that name and there is no neighbour of same name then next month i didnot recieved bill i called them again and there answer is same that this new bill is also delevered at your address but this time to your new wife with a different name and its hard to beleve that they are delevering my bills to any other addresses with all my call details in it and giving me different name of my wife's i am unmarried and stupid agents instead o[censored]nderstanding the sitiation argued me that we dont know which ever your wife is available at yoir home we gave yoir bill to her and may i am lieng i got all disrespectful call recordings with me, worst customer service ever and breached DPA and shared my personal information to others whom i dont know and confirmed that on call recordings and not resolved Was this information helpful? |
