Vodafone — Deactivate the charged services of Handset Inbuilt Games by VI without customer knowledge

Point to be noted. Without customer knowledge or any service request the prepaid amounts are getting deducted. VI customer care executives are also not helping. Please resolve this issue by stopping such defaulted activated services by VI and reverting the deducted amountd
