Dear sir,
I recharged my mobile number with rs. 147 datapack on 25 april 2016. Then i messaged stop to 1925 to stop the data services beyond my datapack. But they also deactivated my data pack also saying that now it has got lapsed. I have not used it a bit but they lapsed it.
But as per trai they cannot deactivate my existing datapack by this sms.
They are not reactivating it and it has gone lapsed.
So request you to please take the needful action.

There was a call from 01171272522 i.e. vodafone customer care. They refunded Rs. 147 to my main balance and said the data pack cannot be activated again but I am crediting the balance to your main account and you can recharge thereafter.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
