Vodafone — disconnect my vodafone number | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I neeta harishankar ingale hold a vodafone number [protected]. More that 3 months this number is not in use but still i don't know for what reason they have charged me the amt of 2250/- As after visiting sion vodafine branch they first asked me to get the xerox copy of aadhar card and pancard, After visiting for the next time they ask me to mail them on vodafone. [protected]@vodafone.com which according to mails it is not a valid mail id. I request you to waive off my charge and disconnect my number. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Vodafone has transferred my mob no to another user without my knowledge jeopardizing my personnel security and integrity.the mob no [protected] was transferd to another user.mob service provider has not informed me so that I could hAve taken preventive measure of delinking this from my services like bill payment and other sensitive information.
