[Resolved] Vodafone — Discrepant billing | |||
To whom it may concern I am using Vodafone mobile number bearing Account No :[protected] for the past 3 years now. However, during the past few weeks I am facing particular issues with discrepancies in billing. This problem particularly happened after the technical snag during the month of Aug 2015. Vodafone was undergoing some system updations and as a result they had issued multiple bills the break up and charges were not clear to me. My miseries increased more when suddenly the mobile bills shot to approx Rs 6000/-. During this period I have been interacting with customer care executives over telephone and even have mailed them seeking assistance and clarifications. Surprinsingly, I have been charged for 3700 sms in the above mentioned bill. Out of these 3700 sms as per the bill I have sent 3000 sms to a particular number (which as per me is not known to me). Even before resolvinng my queries they have blocked my outgoing and sms services from today i.e. 14.10.2015. Was this information helpful? | |||
