Vodafone — false bill and subsequent harassment for non payment of bill

My connection [protected] and the sim was surrendered at vodafone store dunlop on12.08.2017 (Docket no sr#[protected] and the connection was suspended on 17.08.2017. Now the telecallers from vodafone are continuously harassing me that my bill for last 2 months is due. Now today it became a question of my prestige when one person came to my house to collect the outstanding bill. I immediately rushed to the vodafone store and to my dismay found out the connection has been restarted on 31.08.2017 under docket no sk#[protected]. Now when i questioned the customer care on whose instruction this connection was restarted they told me on the basis of telephonic instruction. When i asked please tell the telephonic number from which i made a call to restart my connection they cut a sorry figure. The sim is with vodafone the connection has been surrendered and all outstanding bill up to 12.08.2017 has been paid then on what ground they are demanding money from and harassing me. I demand an apology and compensation of rs10lacs otherwise legal action will be taken.
