[Resolved] Vodafone — False billing on vodafone postpaid connection | |||
I have been told that I called on 51717*8 and talked for 90 minutes for which the total unbilled amount of rs 1260 is due on my part. I never dialled such number and it is highly unlikely that it gets dialled by chance. As I can see on this forum, a number of people have faced the same problem, so I am sharing my complaint also. I am going to raise this issue in consumer court if not rectified by vodafone. I expect you all to support me in this fight against false billing. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 16, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I went to Vodafone store and told their executive about the issue, he helped me resolving my issue, so i suggest that one should visit respective mobile store than talking to tele-caller executives. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
