Vodafone — False offer given by the retention executive | |||
Hello, My name is Kapil Kumar and I am using Vodafone's number [protected], after purchased the new number, I got network issue at my office address, I already logged complaint many times regarding network issue but they always said that " we are working on that and it will resolve with in 3 months' but still I am getting the same issue. So I decided to PORT my number and I did message to port, but the very next day I got a call from Vodafone retention department and she stated that as per TRIA I can't port my number due to my number is new (not 90 days old), so I said to her that I wanted to disconnect the number then, but she suggested me to continue this number and your number's rental will be half for 3 months and also your network issue will be also resolved, so that I decided to go with Vodafone for at least 3 more months. now the issue is I am getting the same network issue at inside my office and also getting my 3rd bill with full rental. after received my 3rd bill spoke with Vodafone's c.c.e, he said according to retention team executive, she provided that half rental offer for 2 months. I said to C.C.E that please log a complaint for false offer give by retention executive then he logged the complaint but again after 5 days still I am not getting any resolution yet.
