[Resolved] Vodafone — False Promise / Wrong Bill / No Response / Phone Harrasment | |||
I had purchased 3G Red plan and i was told there will be a good coverage in my area ... However there was no coverage ... I complained and requested them not to bill me for RED plan ... However still got the bill ... I have sent them more than 5 email which are not responded to and i am getting call for the bill. Y should i pay when i have not used the services at all ... I was Lied about the network and was sent bills inspite of no usage of 3G ... Also ... my emails were ignored and called for bills ... Was this information helpful? | |||
