Vodafone — Harassment and not change postpaid to prepaid

Please refer to my complaint dated 29.11.2015. In this regard the Vodafone executive Ms Bharti Singh, Vodafone Nodal Office Delhi has called on 03.12.2015 vide reference no.[protected] and forward the mail which is as enclosed in which she has not solve my grievances and again pressed me for post paid number. In her mail the following points were pointed out that she admitted that “has as per our records we have reversed the amount of Rs. 1504.8 towards the value added service”. Again pressing for post paid connection which is as under : S. NO Postpaid Prepaid 1 Wide range of Tariff Plans according to the usage Limited options available as per the usage 2 Variety of promotional packages available for less call charges on Local / STD/ Roaming and ISD Limited options available as per the usage She stated that for change of post paid to pre paid provide the following details i.e. unnecessary harassment and they simply converted from pre to post paid 1) Post-paid to prepaid migration form to be filled (available at Vodafone Store) 2) Valid photo Id proof along with a photocopy of the same. 3) Valid address proof 4) Pan Card Number / Form 16 5) One latest Passport size Photograph 6) Postpaid SIM card/Missing report of the SIM card if it is not carried at the time of visit. After that below mentioned are few details for your kind reference : 1. Outstanding (Billed + Unbilled) amount should be cleared and the payment should be made in cash only. 2. Security Deposit (If Any) will be refundable. 3. Post-paid account will be migrated to pre-paid account only after 1st bill generation 4. There will be no charges for the SIM card issued 5. Refund (If any) will be processed by cheque in 60 days post deactivation process is completed. In her mail she told that first deposit the all outstanding amount than your mobile will be converted into pre paid. But in my two bills which I have already deposited the call centre / Vodafone executive said that there was your final bill but after deposit the same again and again unnecessary bill was generated and nothing the details were provided by them for the bill and always said make settlement paid 50% - 60% - 70% but they neither settled nor converted my phone into pre paid. From the above facts emerged you are again requested to kindly examine my all bills details, change my post paid to pre paid, refunded my excess amount paid and take necessary action against them. Please do carry below mentioned documents for migration of your number from post-paid to prepaid when you visit at our Vodafone Store :- 1) Post-paid to prepaid migration form to be filled (available at Vodafone Store) 2) Valid photo Id proof along with a photocopy of the same. 3) Valid address proof 4) Pan Card Number / Form 16 5) One latest Passport size Photograph 6) Postpaid SIM card/Missing report of the SIM card if it is not carried at the time of visit. To know about your nearest Vodafone Store, please send the SMS “STOREArea Name” to 199 (Toll free across India, applicable on Vodafone Network only). We would like to inform you that the security deposit of Rs. 250 on your Vodafone account will be refunded to you through a cheque within 60 days from the date of deactivation of the postpaid account once the outstanding amount on your Vodafone account is cleared. Please be rest assured that your number will be converted into prepaid within 2 hours once the request is forwarded & processed subject to the above mentioned guidelines. Also please be informed that if the Tele-verification is not done within 30 days your prepaid number will be deactivated.
