Pathetic customer service. They will just give you hollow responses to your complaint. The team doesn't know the status of a customer's complaint and doesn't even know how to handle a query. Every time they ask for a new thing, the next person is unaware of the promises made by the previous team members. I am an old customer, but I regret having this network. Being in an international location, I am helpless just because this VI team didn't help me.
