Vodafone Idea — Recieved the "Lok Adalat Legal notice on Email id" for the prepaid number converted by MNP

Hello Sir/Ma'am,

I have recieved the "Lok Adalat Legal notice on Email id" for the prepaid number [protected] converted by MNP to other provider. First thing I paid all the dues when i converted the number by MNP to other number. How can a prepaid number have the outstanding amount of Rs. 186 when i was making prepaid payments to it ? Can you please provide the details of the Rs.186 bill amount as per the notice mail. Also it does not seem to be legitimate as the account number mentioned on the legal notice does not match with the account number i had for my mobile number. Please provide details in case you want me to pay the bill.
