Vodafone — Incorrect bill and not responding to complaint raised on their costumer help centre | |||
Since 11 Aug 2015 I am communicating with vodafone help centre to resolve my complaint regarding billing but unexpectedly I am getting non customer friendly response. In my scenario it can be clearly seen that there is no way my mistake still I have to pay for your delay. The issue description is as follows.. I requested to port my number from mumbai to maharashtra circle last month around 20 July 2015. Got a call from your executive name Priyanka vodafone from mumbai office requesting to retain my number in mumbai circle as she has activated roam like home service while talking to me on phone. So i retained my number in mumbai circle. but when i got my bill this months i.e. for july 2015, the roaming charges are as it is and now your executives are saying roam like home was activated on 7th aug. But I have not requested it on 7 Aug 2015 instead it was 20 July 2015. Now tell me why should I pay roaming charges between 20 July 2015 to 7th Aug 2015?? Was this information helpful? | |||
