[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect Information by Vodafone leading to excess charges | |||
I had called Vodafone on 30 March 31 and spoke to Nayna Arvind Tiwari to check on charges that will be charged to me after I exhaust my 5GB data limit. I was told by her that your speed will come down, but there will not be any additional charges. Now I have a bill which approx. Rs 3700 as additional data usage charges. I have called them and explained the situation, to which they say they can’t help as they can’t retrieve the call recording. Need your help to get these charges reversed.
