Vodafone — Incorrect Recharge and Denying to refund my money

I have been using vodafone for more than 4 years but last week i have faced some real bad service from vodafone and false commitments from their executives. I did a recharge on my mobile no: [protected] for Rs.497 which is a 3g data recharge on 4th july 2015 at 3:13 pm but recharge got failed but the amount has been debited from my account. So i call at 198 to vodafone customer care and they told me that there is no recharge happened on my mobile number but they told me to call them after an hour for the confirmation so i called them after 1 hour and vodafone executive confirmed me that thereis no recharge done on my number and told me to do another recharge and said money will get refund in a week. So i recharged again of Rs.497 again and this time recharge got successful and i got confirmation message for it. But after 3-4 hours i got a message that my mobile number has been recharged for Rs.497 once again and this recharge was the same recharge for which vodafone executive told me that it was not failed and will be refunded. So i called at 198 and after a long, irritating and hectic conversation vodafone executive told me that my money will be refunded on 6 july 2015. But what happened on Monday was more disgusting as they refund my money as a talktime recharge of Rs.497 which was a total violation of vodafone executive commitment. And for this vodaone executive called me to confirm that my refund has been initiated as a recharge. I told to vodafone executive to return my money in bank account as the mistake has been done from vofafone's end. And again after a long argument which was really stupid and irritating conversation vodafone executive and when i said that "i just want my money back" she (Manisha) gave me an email id vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and Vodafone executive told me to draft mail to this mail along with the confirmation for money refund. So i wrote the mail below to the vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com : This is for my complaint for my incorrect recharge of Rs.497, whose service registration number is [protected] registered on 04-Jul-15 08:13p.m. I have requested for the refund of my money in my bank account on 6th july, which was further confirmed by vodafone executive for which i also but the thing is that i got a recharge against my refund. But as per your executives they told me to cinfirm the same via mail. So i am confirming that i want refund in my bank account as soon as possible, kindly consider. And in respect to my mail i got a shocking reply as they wrote that they can not refund my money. After all the things and continous series of fake commitments vodafone denied to refund my money. But i am confident that i am right and i should get my money back as all the mistakes and false commitments has been made vodafone then why should i pay for the thing that i never wanted to purchase. Hope i will get the justice soon.
