Vodafone India — 2 times suspended without verification

Have 3 numbers of a CUG plan
Each number address are diff though provided same documents and with company Id.
Recently one of my number suspended without any notification, received call at noon time but as busy ask to call back in evening after 6 he agreed but no call back from that and the number services are off now.
One of my number is from the same address and is working and the physical verification is positive
Customer executives now ask me to pay the deposite and all that, hell your service man!
This is really ridiculous service from the company, Customer care saying they don't have authority than with whom to talk???
For bill payment you can call back again and again why not this situation?
