Vodafone India — 3 VAS activated in 4 days without consent | |||
Vodafone has activated 3 VAS without my consent back to back within short time Screenshots are attached - check timings of activation too. It's a cycle of activating VAS (without consent) after deactivating each time. CC executive repeats the same answer every time I call to complain. I'm frustrated of deactivating the VAS every time it gets activated (without consent) Please look on this issue as I never request a VAS by myself on my number. I want my refund back (150+35+49) asap in my account including service tax levied when those VAS were activated. Moreover I want confirmation message regarding refund/waiver of money back against the VAS activated without consent. I'm not interested on activating such random VAS that I don't know what is all about when I have many other alternate options available for free on internet. Can you please stop such hireachy of activating VAS without consent now and then? Also, I'm going to esclate this issue to TRAI, no matter I have to port my number. Moreover, I complained on twitter @VodafoneIN every time when one new VAS gets activated on my number. Screenshots are attached. I have mention this issue to TRAI as well on Twitter as Vodafone looked no serious about the issue on Twitter. You should look around your own Twitter handle, people complaining about VAS frequently activated without their own consent.
