On sunday 10th August, i had contacted customer care to know the procedure to activate the 3G data by USSD, based on the advice given by customer care, i had dialled *121*195# and i got confirmation msg for my activation and 195rs deducted from my balance. But after half hour i had got one more message as your internet pack is active now and valid upto 12/08/2014 Bal: 100MB. But the request for second internet pack activation is not raised from my side. Finally i got message as your current data plan is overwritten by the previous plan. I contacted customer care on the same. They said that either balance 195rs will be credited back or 3G balance will be given back. But not even a single step taken from vodafone customer care. From Today, i was unable to contact customer care via 198 complaint number. I had made complaint again from my friend number. Again they are telling that problem will be resolved by 48 hours.
I need answer the for the following questions:
1) How the 2G internet pack is activated without my knowledge?
2) Why i was unable to make contact customer care via 198 complaint number?
3) Whats the complain ID/Request ID for the complain i had registered? Was this information helpful? |
But the tuist begain when suddendly i recived a massage of 18/- 2g data pack which i was recharged previosly. and now my mobile data balance is shows 90mb, where my balance should be near about 2048 mb +.
after that i consistantly call the customar care. but they were not helped me.. finally they blockd my number...
My qus. is what is my fault in it ?? i need my balance back i need help :-( plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
