Inspire if several emails and calls subsequently no response from them till today, today i got daily renewal sms for 1 gb but on calling 111 as i was not getting through my internetvodafine seems to have arbitraliy changed my plan though in the morning i got this sms for renewal Hi, your 1024 mb internet pack has been renewed. Next auto-renewal will be on 08.01.2018 00:00:00. Track your usage on myvodafone app (www.vodafone.in/j1) or dial *111*2*2# On calling up after several attempts i was told i wont get refund of 448 paid twice without any explanation nor any additional service for the plan, alsi they did not give any explanation why my internet service for daily 1 gb till 25th march was not being shown as active when dilling 111. In short i paid 448+448 without getting any service, and though 1 g b daily renewal till 25 march 84 days was received till today, i couldn't get through internet today, and 111 is not showing g the plan i paid for twice. I confirm to you that the benefits of both the recharges were assigned on your number but you will be able to receive benefits of only one pack as the previous is lapsed. Hence regret to inform we are unable to reverse the recharge amount on same
