Vodafone India — [protected] data is not working last 7 days

Dear sir

Data pack of my plan is not working from last 7 days

So many time to compliant but not any response every time they says that there is a technical problem with internet and the problem is solve within 2 hours.

Now i trying to contact with customer care there is not any option is reached to customer care

Please solve the problem
