Hello, i called up the customer care from pune at 7:45 am today to ask a few details about my recently generated bill and unfortunately had to deal with an extremely rude lady named priyanka. She put me on hold for 4 long minutes just to open my bill and on questioning her about why i was made to hold the line for so long she rudely said "system kholne mein time to lagega na, aapki kya problem hai?" every month i have to call the customer care to deactivate a value added service that costs me around 106 rs. Extra. I'm sick of calling again and again. I have never dealt with such a mannerless employee before and it is sad and unfortunate that we loyal customers have to first undergo problems with the bill every month and then deal with such people on a sunday morning who instead of solving a problem, ask their customers to behave and later disconnect the call.
She did not give me her full name, but i demand a strict action is taken against her. Highly disappointed with such servicing. Kindly check call records.
