I had got a recharge of rs 204 via paytm and balance had not recovered yet. What is this access fee? Totally pissed got 0 balance in return. Got this message Rchrg of mrp rs 204 on 30/12/17 successful. Tlktime rcvd rs 3.24, gst rs 31.12, accessfee rs 169.64, new bal rs 59.50. Transid onr[protected]..
