Dear Sir/Mam,
I have billing issue of a postpaid no. [protected].
I visited to vodafone store on 23 Nov 2014 regarding roaming incoming free plan on this no. [protected] for 3-4 month, they told me that this pack will be activated within 3-4 days. But i was surprised when i get my bill statement on 1 Jan 2015 because in bill statement they have mention roaming incoming charge. Regarding this issue again i visited to vodafone store on 19 Jan 2015 and they told me that due to their mistake they activated another plan on my postpaid no. [protected] and they told me that they cut my roaming incoming charges and i received revised bill in 2-3 days but i didn't received any received bill.
Again when i received my bill statement on 1 Feb, i saw again in my bill they have mention roaming incoming charge then i visited in vodafone store on 13 Feb 2015 regarding this issue and they told me that they make a complaint against this issue and i will receive a revised bill in 2-3 days.
Atleast i visited to vodafone store 3 times and also mail to vodafone so many times & calls to vodafone care so many times regarding this matter but they did not do any thing only said your problem will be solve in 2-3 days but i never get responce from vodafone. Still i am waiting my revised bill. It is not possible to go every time in vodafone store.
Now they have sent a mail on 18 Mar 2015 regarding payment due and told me that if i will not pay to clear the dues along with the interest @ 18% pa thereupon, they will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action
against me.
How i will pay dues untill they provide me revised bill.
Please do needful help, I am waiting your responce.
