Hello vodafone,
Vas services are activated on my number without my concern and respective amount is been deducted. This is happening very frequently and for the same reason i have migrated to prepaid services from postpaid connection. I am losing my hope with vodafone services...
I have enquirred and heard so many colleges saying the same story.
Please fix this issue or i would like to escalate this to trai along with all tcs colleagues support.
Also will write a suggestion email to facilities / hr department not to promote / allow vodafone further for sale in any of the tcs locations.
Also i will create forum within tcs to ignore vodafone service connections.
Please refund my amount because i never activated any of your vas & we expect not to activate vas service with out our written approval hereafter.
