Vodafone India — Activating VAS services without consumer consent | |||||
Vodafone has been deducting my balances as soon as i recharge by activating these vas services without my consent. On 28th june they activated some life styl pack, on 24th june some service got activated that deducted 75 rs from my balance without my permission. I have attached screenshot. I have to call customer support and ask for a refund. These has been repeated several times Its a malpractise that they have been following for a long time and still we cannot do anything about it. I want my number in the vas blacklist. I dont want to wast my balance on such services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
