Vodafone India — Activating wrong plan without approval. | |||
I have visited Vodafone store in Palam, Gurgaon. I requested for plan change and the executive told me few plans and I chose Plan of Rs. 199. Few day later I realized that call are charged at higher rates and then I called to call center where I was told that plan is of Rs 149. This happened to me thrice. And from past 3 months I am paying huge bills. Before last time I was also told wrong details by the executive at Vodafone store in Sector 14, Gurgaon. This is highly unprofessional and wrong. Not expected behaviour from Vodafone. Please look into the matter ASAP Was this information helpful? | |||
