[Resolved] Vodafone India — activation of internet pack on the name of offer without any request | |||
I have clearing my doubts on my deduction at 20:38 on 18 Aug 2014 with vodafone customer care Mr. Gajanan Sanjay Narkhede. At 21:59 i have received a sms that my internet pack has been activated with a validity of 7 days. For this activation Rs, 29/- has been deducted from my main account (prepaid mobile number [protected]) which is not understood. I didn't place any kind of request with customer care for any kind of activation. Since why these kind o[censored]nwanted activation has been created by the customer care. This kind of activation/deduction without any request from the customer will spoil the image of the VODAFONE. Again i have lodged a complaint with Customer care (Mr. Ishant Sharma) on the same day at 22:32, Complaint number is [protected]. The same thing were happened with me earlier also for internet and sms packs. check the data/records for last 1-2 months. In view of the above you are requested to kindly instruct them that not to activate until unless the request from the customer. Otherwise legal action will be taken with the defaulters. Also kindly cancel the Internet pack which have been activated and the amount Rs. 29/- may please be revert back to my account immediately. with warm regards.
