T is very unfortunate to see how vodafone workes. I will make sure that in my family and me we will never use the vodafone services again.
I had a had a number ([protected]) which i was using on 1 july i have paid 11k bill amount and called customer care to suspend my number as i was not using it. As a result, it was not suspended.
Then i called you guys on 21 july to again close the number and they again have taken the request and i have taken a bold voice to tell him this is the second time i am calling you guys and i have told him to take my alternative number for the same as i was not using vodafone number (I request you to listen to the call records for the same).
I got multiple emails for the bill payment and i have replied to all of the emails and the number mentioned on the emails but they never picked up the calls and i never got the replies from their end. Once i spoke to a girl name reshma, she said she will get back to me in 2 hours and then she never picked up the call.
Now i got a court notice to pay the bill of 5k which i am not supposed to pay and i am not going to pay because i have written profs for requesting to close and the email records for the same.
Request you to take action on priority basis else i need to file a harassment case against it.
