Vodafone India — agent misbehave on call | |
Hello vodafone i have done the recharge of 75 inr for main balance instead of getting balance i got data pack.., when i spoke with your agent regarding the situation of not getting my balance he behave rudely he put my calls on mute and he did not give any solution. Again i asks him to transfer my call to senior he didn't give any suggestion nor any reply he continuesly put my calls on mute. Is this the service you provide to your costumer the way he speak to the costumer is very arrogant i was hearted with his behaviour.
