Vodafone India — All incoming/outgoing calls BLOCKED after CUG activation

I activated CUG on my phone and now I'm not able to make or receive any calls since except to/from my 2 other CUG members. Vodafone India says they will resolve the issue by May 7th. Which means I will practically be without mobile phone for 4 days- which is absolutely unacceptable. I need my service to resume nrmally asap!
