My name is aravind and my mobile number is [protected]. I did not activate extend outgoing validity by 28 days on 04.02.2019. But network has debit rs 24 from my balance. I gave complaints vodafone complaints customer care number 198 but answer was your balance is rs 46 so extend outgoing validity by 28 days activating. Plz return my balance to my account.
