Vodafone India — Bad behaviour | |||||
Hi, M shafali and m a vodafone postpaid user from last 5 years but it is very a very bad experience i felt today n from last few vists at vodafone store rapid metro gurgaon. I went their for sim change they didn't conved me complete information about the documents which required. When today i visited again the customer attendee vineeta and martina behaved very badly and vineeta was not trying to listen she said that m not wrong u r wrong. Team this is not at all professional and acceptable behaviour for any one. After that she didn't respond to my query and told me to visit again, it is very difficult for me to visit again n again. As my office timing does not allow me and after that i don't want to continue as a vodafone user i think i should change my sim from vodafone to airtel. Hope my complaint will be taken in action.
