Vodafone India — Balance deducted

My balace always deducted without any plan or service. Earlier i complained to castumer care than my balace had rufund and again duduct my main balance and now i am trying to call custmer care than my call never connected. I am very cramped to vodafone. I trying to call custumer care mant times but my call never connected and to much balance deducted daily. Pleas take any bitter action against this telecome company.
