Vodafone India — balance deducted | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I would like to inform you that vodafone had deducted 320 inr from ([protected]) my account balance. Before it was 315 inr in my account and now -5 inr. I was in philippines that time vodafone had deducted my balance in first week of april and now i'm in vietnam. I just got a message to stop vas services. Even though i didn't take any vas services so far and i ever never sent a message to activate vas services. I didn't get any vas services activation messages so far form vodafone then how did they deducted my balance. Which vas service have the amount of 320. I would like to inform you that this is single user cell and i'm using local telecom network for any kind of internet and call services in other countries. I want my balance i know coz i'm out of india so i can't call vodafone customer care that's why vodafone deducted my balance Vodafone also noticed that i'm out of india from last 4 months what's why they get the good chance to deduct my balance because they keep checking about customer which is having more balance and not unable to complaint vodafone.
