Vodafone India — Balance deducted without consent | |||||
Vodafone is charging me for vas services for which i never opted i called up customer service everytime i see activation message they deactivate it and again after an alternate day they again activate some other vas services on my number and deduct money, this is seriously ridiculous how can they deduct my without my consent? They say i have requested them through third party vendor for this service.. But why will i activate such a lame service? Do vodafone have any proof which says i have requested these request?? I am sure they won't have it. Its a vodafone scam they are looting ppl this way and earning lots of money. When i call customer service ppl and clearly tell them plz make a note on my account that not to activate any such request still they activate those services i dont know if they understand english/hindi i speak the same language in which they do their call opening...
