[Resolved] Vodafone India — Balance deduction of Rs.75.00 | |||
On 3rd or 4th June approximately I came to know that my valve of Rs.75.00 deducted and soon I have called for refund of my amount. Vodafone customer care service assured me to refund the same within 24 hours but still there is no progress in this matter. I am a high net worth customer of you. Myonthly recharges crosses Rs.500.00. I kindly request you to refund my Rs.75.00 which was deducted without my mistakes. Was this information helpful? | |||

They have agreed to refund 75% of the amount deducted. But still I am not happy because I lost my part of amount which is not my mistake. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
