Vodafone India — balance issue after recharge

I had made online recharge of rs.197 and i got a msg that recharge of rs.197 is successful then why they are showing negative balance in my account. I want answer because i have paid via credit card. Please resolve my problem fast or else i have to change sim. It has happened second time.

My mo.no.is [protected]. Message is not sending from this mo.no.I have updated message service centre no.Still msg is not sending, every time msg have been failed.
