Despite frequent requests flash Services were not deactivated. And due to poor service my balance of Rs.98 were deducted on 18.11. Again on 19.11 Rs.49 deducted. My cell number was unable to talk the complaint number 198. I m embarrassed due to poor Services nd require my monies

My Rs.127 is deducted from my balance due to improper services
