Vodafone India — balance totally became zero at 12:01am | |||||
I have a vodafone prepaid number [protected]. My unlimited offer expires on 26/09/17 midnight. I have not received any reminder message that my offer expires and vodafone play this as a trick and as soon as the unlimited offer expires, vodafone empty our total balance with the help of data charges. But i was on emergency during that night, i need to get recharged to make calls and use data, i did not find even a single recharge shop open. Vodafone offers chota recharge 10rs. But that's not enough during that time because in 4g in 2mins the balance again come to zero. I called customer service and the person told me that he can't recharge with my debit card. He don't have that facility. He said there is no option to recharge at this time. I asked him twice and thrice but he said there is no options at all. Finally an automan helped me to recharge. Even vodafone customer service did not know that we can recharge in bank atm but an expert automan knows that. How stupid is your customer service that you can't help me or guide me on emergency situation. You have a poor customer service. And you have a tricky stealing habit that need to be changed. If you can't send the reminder message before offer expires to drain my balance on kidney get without my knowledge then please don't send me all caller tunes and postpaid advertisement calls.
