Vodafone India — Barring of Incoming and Outgoing calls | |||
Hi, I just wanted to inform you guys that I am absolutely disgusted with your level of service and commitment to customers. My outgoing calls were barred early morning yesterday-23rd January, 2015 as my ID proof submitted at the time of taking the number had expired. I did the needful and submitted a fresh application yesterday before 7:30 p.m and was assured by your customer care executive that my outgoing calls would be activated within 2-4 hours. However, I woke up today morning to find that even my incoming calls have been blocked. I am stranded without any means to contact anyone. I have called up your customer care innumerable times and all I get in reply is that my application is under process. You have lost an important and old client as I am going to purchase a new SIM of another company now. I had immense faith in you guys but I have been utterly disappointed with the lack of efficiency displayed by you. I will also make sure that none of my friends or relatives purchase Vodafone numbers or other services from now on. Was this information helpful? | |||
