Hi this is Shafique,
i am writing this mail in regards to a specific charge on my monthly
bill for the month of december that supposedly occurred due to a data
usage. I have been charged around Rs.2600/- for that usage but my
complaint is that i've never use internet without activating internet
pack so data usage charges seems impossible. I would like to tell you
that this is not the only time that a miscellaneous charge has been
posted on my bill there have been similar instances of such inaccuracy
on my bill which i overlooked and eventually paid for them.I've
already spoke to customer service regarding this issue but it was of no
resolution. The said conversation is also attached with this mail for
reference. I would kindly request you to please look into this matter
and atleast, if you can't reverse the charges, tell me what was
downloaded and how a data charges directly included in my bill from the
