My name is Sanju Das .My mobile number is [protected]. I have requested for port out but the retention team promised me a better deal in which I would get 500 MB 3g data effective the current month .But when I get my bill the used mobile data was charged and my bill was too high.I was asked to pay but I denied as it was to be waived off .
So I request you to look into the matter and I will not pay bill until it is resolved .

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
1.Data usage charges was billed over 5000 rupees
Despite of changing the data plan from the previous on the confirmation of Vodafone rep.
